All sales are tracked through your unique partner link. Commissions are calculated monthly and paid via direct deposit or PayPal within 15 days after month-end.

You get a dedicated partner manager, complete sales training, professional marketing materials, demo videos, case studies, and technical support for your customers.

The programs are designed differently. The Ownership Program is for customers building equity through casual referrals. The Independent Sales Partner is for active sellers. We typically recommend choosing the one that fits your situation best.

You earn 25% commission for the lifetime of the customer's subscription. As long as they remain a paying customer, you continue earning monthly recurring commission.

You need to be an active DealersCloud customer. Once you sign up, you can access your unique referral link from your account dashboard and start building equity immediately.

An active referral is a dealership that signed up using your link and maintains a paid subscription. If a referral cancels, your tier may adjust accordingly.

Profit sharing activates once you maintain 4 or more active referrals for 30 consecutive days. After that, every additional referral earns you 25% of their subscription as profit share.

Profit sharing equals 25% of a referred customer's recurring monthly subscription and continues for as long as they remain a paying customer. The exact dollar amount depends on the plan that customer is on.

Your tier is based on active referrals. If a referral cancels and you drop below the tier threshold, your discount adjusts. However, you can regain your tier by adding new referrals.
