DealersAI is the AI module of DealersCloud: it answers every lead instantly by text, email and web chat, 24/7, answers the phone when staff can't, and runs inside DealersCloud or alongside a dealer's existing DMS. It checks your live inventory before it answers, hands the conversation to your team with the whole thread attached, and stands down the moment a customer buys or asks for a human. Callers always reach a person or leave a message.
Inside DealersCloud it works on the same customer and vehicle records as the rest of the platform. Beside another DMS there is no migration: your DMS stays the system of record, a specialist connects your inventory and lead sources during setup, and there is nothing to install. A store can start with the AI and move to the full platform later, as an upgrade rather than a migration.
